Detroit, Michigan - July 15, 2002 (PRN):A group of former franchisees and top independent staffing companies have joined together to form a new company - Allegiance Staffing. Its goal is nothing less than the reinvention of the staffing business in the U.S.

Allegiance plans to build a national brand within 18 months by attracting only the nation's top independent staffing companies. It's a plan that's based in large part on a company structure that's unique in the business.

Founding member Thomas Landry explains, "The independent companies that have formed Allegiance and all the owners that join us, will have an equal share and say in the new company. The corporation Allegiance Staffing exists only to provide value back to our owners and customers.
