Mr. Emmerich brings to Ness over 23 years of business and technical experience delivering strategic business and technical consulting to companies in the life sciences, financial services, telecommunications, and retail industries. Formerly, Mr. Emmerich served as President and CEO of Q-SPAN Information Systems Inc., a consulting firm delivering technology platforms for improving clients' business performance in the areas of product pipeline management, product R&D, financial management, regulatory compliance, and customer relationship management.

The appointment of Mr. Emmerich is a sign of Ness' commitment to providing complete business and technology solutions to its clients' strategic needs. As Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Emmerich's responsibilities will include formulating product and service offerings and implementing operational strategies that improve Ness' ability to enhance clients' business performance, and to serve as the internal advocate for ensuring 360 client satisfaction.
