MEOARE Announces Strategic Partnerships with Leading Organizations to Enhance Higher Education Opportunities in the Middle East Region
Middle East Office of Academic Regulation & Examination establishes institutional partnership with leading organizations to support the development, quality enhancement and expansion of higher education opportunities in the region

Middle East Office of Academic Regulation & Examination (MEOARE) announces strategic partnership with leading educational, both international and regional organizations across the Middle East region to enhance the higher education standards and quality, creating new higher education opportunities. MEOARE is an entrusted and independent body, and operates as a representative of the Gulf Ministry of Higher Education.
According to the MEOARE spokesperson, “We welcome our strategic partners to promote and support higher education regulatory reforms and assessments for effective development of the Middle East region. Our partners will work closely with us across UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, KSA and Qatar to strengthen higher education standards and quality. We hope that the sector will gain the confidence and we will be able to create new opportunities, helping the education providers and users benefit from our presence.”
MEOARE’s strategic partnership across the Middle East region will prove to be a central resource to support, facilitate and develop the higher education sector. Strategic partnership will support and facilitate engagement and navigation of higher education initiatives in the region. MEOARE seeks to develop consolidated strategies and action plans on development of higher education system in the region.
Working in partnership and sharing expertise, MEOARE will be able to enhance the efficiency, performance and quality of higher education by developing coherent and responsive standard framework. With the development of higher education regulation and assessment framework, MEOARE also takes upon the roles and responsibilities of each partner, helping them meet high standards and quality. The spokesperson further added that, “We unequivocally share our vision and objectives of keeping the Middle East region the heart of quality education for local and international students with our strategic partners.”
By clarifying the regulatory actions and conditions, MEOARE makes each strategic partner responsible, accountable and liable to adhere to standards and quality policies, and enable them to serve the best interests of the education sector and public. MEOARE provide their strategic partners an opportunity to connect, network and partner further with higher education institutes internationally. MEOARE will also continue its advisory service for the provision of higher education, meeting demands effectively and in a more formal and transparent manner.
