Re:Think Recycling Acquires Leader in Recycling Industry PureTech Plastics, LLC

Company plans to grow business, enhance customer service, and deliver high quality product in expanded 24/7 operation

East Farmingdale, NY - Nov 10, 2008 (PRN): Re:Think Recycling Group has acquired PureTech Plastics with plans to grow the business and build on the company�s legacy of quality.

PureTech Plastics has a unique position in the industry, and Re:Think Recycling plans to leverage it. As one of the only companies to have two non-objection letters from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, PureTech provides customers high quality post-consumer resin rPET that can be used for the highest quality end product, including food and beverage packaging. Co-owner and Chief Financial Officer, Carter Smith said, �We will invest capital in PureTech Plastics to expand its operations, enhance product quality, and increase capacity to better serve customers.� Immediately, PureTech Plastics will extend its operations from five to seven days a week.

Re:Think Recycling�s owner and Chief Executive Officer, David Bender, looks ahead with confidence in the existing management team. Bender said, �The management team at PureTech Plastics is a top-notch group of talent. I have enormous confidence in the people at PureTech Plastics to drive this business to new heights for our customers.�

The management team will remain in place at PureTech Plastic�s East Farmingdale facility. In addition, Chuck Jones of Advanced Plastics Systems has been retained to help leadership expand the business.
